Send PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to patient prior to appointments if none has been completed in the last 2 months.

Ensuring standard questionnaires are completed prior to the appointment can increase the efficiency of the appointment, help triage patients ahead of time if level of care is inappropriate, and help meet national/payor/contractual guidelines for mental health assessment.
