How does Canvas pricing work?
Our pricing is based on your monthly active patients, which means that you pay only when your patients are engaged in care, and your business is generating revenue.
Do you have seat-based or API fees?
Not in our Builder and Enterprise plans. These are designed for larger care teams with developers, with unlimited users and API calls.
What are your billing and contracting policies?
Canvas bills your minimum subscription fee, plus any additional active patient fees above the included minimum, monthly in arrears. Canvas contracts are generally for an initial two-year term with annual renewal.
Do you charge for implementation?
We believe in self-serve tools and documentation, not paid customization or implementation services. Our standard implementation is included in your subscription and ranges from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your care model and integrations.
What other add-on fees do you charge?
In general, we seek to bundle everything into your subscription fees, and that includes most of the pre-built integrations our customers require. There are some add-on services that select customers need, and in these cases we pass through costs and provide transparency on your invoice.
