Description
Notify a home phlebotomy vendor of a new lab order while also sending the order to the lab that will perform the test.

When a lab order is committed, this protocol sends a webhook containing all information about the tests, the ordering provider, the patient, the date, to an external address representing the home phlebotomy vendor. The lab order itself can be transmitted to the appropriate lab using standard HL7 protocols using the Canvas Health Gorilla integration.
