Monitor for serotonin syndrome
Description
Send educational material to patients at risk of serotonin syndrome, defined as being prescribed bupropion in addition to SSRI.

Ensure patient receives education on monitoring for serotonin syndrome if being prescribed both bupropion and an SSRI / SNRI. Bupropion does have some (minimal) risk of serotonin syndrome, but this appears to be mostly when used in conjunction with other serotonergic medications and not on its own.
