For first time bupropion initiation, create educational materials to patient, create a task to check in with the patient in 1 week, follow up in 4 weeks.

Initiate an appropriate follow-up cadence and patient education when patients are prescribed bupropion. It is associated with some unique side effects notably, increased blood pressure as well as increased anxiety, which can lead to early discontinuation.
